Super Limited Edition Cheshire Strawberry Preserve

Back in the start of summer when we had actually had rain rain Libby's Patch Farm asked us to come an rescue some super ripe Strawberries before they got washed off. So we rushed down there and grabbed what we could. 

These small super ripe strawberries were a labour of love to pick and process but have made an amazing jam with a much darker colour than normal sized fruit would. 

The farmer Dan has taken most to sell at his farm but we've kept a limited supply back for some of our lucky customers.

Ingredients: Strawberries (65%), Sugar, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Gelling Agent: Pectin. Prepared with 65g of fruit per 
100g. Total sugar 57g per 100g.
Allergen advice: Made in a factory that handles mustard.
