Orders are fulfilled from Monday to Thursday. 

Please allow between 3 to 5 working days to receive your order.

We will contact with our courier on your behalf.  

Delivery instructions 

If you or the recipient is out, please specify instructions in the  "Delivery Instructions" field at checkout. E.g "Leave in the porch if out"

We regret we cannot accept responsibility for the condition of the goods or non-receipt if goods are not signed for. 

Packaging 

We aim to reduce the use of plastic as much as possible, for our packaging we use cardboard boxes, shredded cardboard, recycled apple boxes and occasionally we use bubblewrap, especially when shipping bottles.  

Any Issues

Please check your order on arrival. In the unlikely event of a problem, please contact us as soon as possible. Email: customers@fruitsoftheforage.co.uk  

If your order is delayed or there are any issues with your delivery, please let us know as soon as you are aware. We will be happy to follow up directly with the courier on your behalf. 

Returns 

Should you wish to return your preserves, please contact us customers@fruitsoftheforage.co.uk

Products will be returned at the customer's expense and, provided that they are returned in good condition within 10 working days of the original receipt, a refund will be issued for the price paid.  

Collection

You can also choose to pick your order up from our warehouse (Green Street Mill, Green St, Macclesfield SK10 1JQ) and add the code PICKUPJAM in the discount section when placing your order so you won’t be charged for shipping costs - If you need to pick your order up on a different date we can try to arrange that so email  customers@fruitsoftheforage.co.uk
