Ingredients: Sugar, Damsons (25%), Apple (17%), Plums (13%), Varying Proportions of Blackberries and Elderberries (8%) May contain occasional fruit stones. Prepared with 63g of fruit 100g. Total sugar 57g per 100g. 
Allergen advice: Made in a factory that handles mustard. Refrigerate once opened and consume within 6 weeks.
