The most popular of all English Plums our Victoria Plum Jam is sweeter than our Heritage Plum and Yellow Egg Plum Jams. Naturally set with a hint of caramel sweetness, a true British classic.
Over the last few summers we have been working to forage and develop two new jams that reflect the true flavour of the incredible English plum varieties we harvest.
These plum varieties date back to the Victorian times when these simple preserves were a staple of pantries all over the land. To let the flavour of the plums shine our jam is only made with two ingredients plums and sugar, just as they should be.
