On the palate, the elderflower is cleverly combined with a clean rhubarb flavour which brings sound fruity, jammmy roundness and a slightly bitter finish. This represents its ingredients cleanly and would serve well in mixed drinks and cocktails of many sorts.'

Pair with gin, lemonade, fresh mint leaves and garnish with lemon peel. It also makes a refreshing and sweet addition to a glass of fizz on a long summer’s day.
