Wonderfully warming heritage plum jam with hogweed spiced mulled wine, the taste of yule tidings.

Plums (63%), Sugar, Red Wine (6%) (Sulphites), Orange Juice from Concentrate, Ginger (0.5%), Spices (Hogweed 0.07%, Cloves 0.02%) Orange Zest. May contain occasional fruit stones.  Prepared with 63g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar 59g per 100g.

The flavour of the plums came through beautifully and worked well with the delicate spices. Whilst the fruit skins had been used, they had been well cooked and added another dimension to the jam.'
