Found growing wild in the Vale of Evesham in the 1800s, Pershore 
plums, more commonly known as “Yellow Eggs" are the perfect 
jam-making plum. We pick and cook them in the traditional way, when hard and green, which gives the delicious tangy flavour.

Ingredients: Plums (71%), Sugar. May contain occasional fruit stones. Prepared with 71g of fruit 100g. Total sugar 
60g per 100g.
Allergen advice: Made in a factory that handles mustard.
