Ingredients
- 150ml Dandelion Syrup
- Carrots, peeled
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 175C
- Place whole carrots into a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and mix until carrots are completely covered with oil
- Pour over the Dandelion Syrup, then season to taste with salt and pepper
- Mix until evenly coated
- Bake until just tender (about 40 minutes-1 hour)
